Situated high up in the Cumbre del Sol urbanisation, Casa Vista Moraig has unparalleled views of the Mediterranean sea. The property boasts its own private swimming pool, suspended above the sea for total relaxation on a summer's day.
When the Spanish heat gets too much, head to the covered terrace to enjoy the pleasant ocean breeze, or kick back on a sun lounger under the shade of the palm tree. Due to the Costa Brava's exceptionally sunny and warm microclimate, there will be plenty of opportunities to enjoy the large Mediterranean garden during your stay.
Inside Casa Vista Moraig
Built in the typical style of this coastal region – with round arch windows as well as oval-shaped architecture – Casa Vista Moraig is a spacious getaway for up to four people. The property's interior and the majority of the furniture, doors and cabinets are decorated in a typical Castillian style with dark wood – not luxurious, but authentic and highly functional – giving the property its special character.
The large, round living room has high ceilings and windows on most sides which flood the space with light and make it an enjoyable spot to have a siesta or while away the afternoon.
The two double bedrooms are comfortable and uncomplicated, given that most time is spent outdoors at Casa Vista Moraig. That said, they come complete with bedside tables, chests of drawers and built-in wardrobes.
The bathroom boasts a double vanity unit, shower and WC. Towels and linens can be provided for a small additional cost per guest.
The local area
It's easy to visit the surrounding area using Casa Vista Moraig as your base. The beautiful and diverse sandy beaches of Moraira and Javea/XÃ bia are about 15 minutes away by car.
To explore farther afield, the beaches at Calpe are a 25-minute drive. Or drive half an hour to Dénia, where you can take a stroll around the port, or visit the scenic and historic Castle.
